I like the indentations on the side which makes this glass easly to grip. We did receive one that was broken, since the packaging could have been better - but we did not attempt to return.

One other issues is that we put them in the dishwasher and they have an indentation on the bottom of the glass which collects water and tends to water spot.

I would buy them again though.

I have found these glasses to be very nice for every day or with your best dinnerware.
The only thing that keeps them from being rated 5 would be their ease of breakage in the dishwasher.
All and all I wouldn't worry much about the breakage. The price is low enough that you could buy two set's and not feel the guilt of over spending.
