We received these for a wedding gift in 2005 and they are still holding strong! We haven't had any break, unless we've dropped them ourselves on the tile floor. They have been very durable. I was so excited when I found them almost five years later, because I plan on buying another set as extras for entertaining.

We received 2 sets of these glasses for a wedding gift exactly 2 years ago. We LOVE the look of them. HOWEVER - we only have 3 tall glasses left (out of 16 in only 2 yrs!!). They crack in the same place when getting ice out of our refrigerator's ice machine!! The crack occurs in the widest (and weakest) area of the glass. This has happened with 2 different refrigerators we've had. We've also had 2 of the glasses crack in the same place in our dishwasher - and they weren't crowded together at the time. We won't be buying these glasses again despite their great appearance. We will be sending a complaint letter to the company as well.

I love my glasses. I bought them because we are doing a 'retro' theme in the house. The kitchen will have a feel of a 50's soda shop. These glasses are just begging for an egg cream or milk shake without being too obvious. They are also very sturdy and feel good in the hand. Nice for everyday glasses and the price is right.
