They are perfect in my kitchen with brushed stainless accents. The lids are metal with plastic threads, for a better seal I guess. I don't like that though as I feel plastic outgasses and absorbs odors more - would have preffered some kind of rubber gasket seal. Otherwise they are perfect on the countertop and my spaghetti fits in the largest size.

IT'S A NICE VISUAL PRODUCT, HOWEVER IT SAYS 4 STAINLESS-STEEL LIDS, AND SHAPED GLASS JARS. BUT WHEN I OPENED THE BOX ONLY 3 JARS AND 3 LIDS WERE IN THERE. SO I WAS QUITE DISAPPOINTED.

these jars are inexpensive but they are also of poor quality. the glass has lines and defects, and the lids are metal with a sharp edge along the bottom that feels like it could slice your finger.

This set is great!! I was looking for a way to store nuts, seeds, dates, homemade almond milk and fresh juices in the refrigerator in containers that that I can see through to quickly grab what I need. The lids screw on tight and the glass jars are nice and lightweight. To give you an idea on the size, the largest jar is about 10 1/2 inches tall with the lid on and holds 3 lbs. of almonds without any problem!
I love the practical style of the set so much that I bought two!!
